How to remove pimples on forehead

Forehead is one of the common areas, where pimples can appear. The main reason of appearing pimples is clogging between dead cells of skin, oil and bacteria inside the hair follicle. Due to this clogging, pustule, papule, blackhead or whitehead is the common form of pimples, which appears. According to research, whitehead appears when the bacteria and oil stay inside the skin. Pustule appears when the blood cells enter the follicle. Pimples on forehead looked very bad and it many times affects the confidence level of people too. Pimples on forehead can be removed by following some of the following ways:

Washing your hairs regularly:

Try to daily wash your hairs. Shampooing your hair often dry’s it out and it is the possibility that something like oily scalp causing the breakouts of the pimples. Pimples on forehead can be appeared more often if your hairs stay on your forehead. Pull your hairs back and you will see great improvement. Don’t use mousse, hair gels and other hair products because it can encourage the clogging

Cleansing:

Cleansing your face twice a day with any good face wash can also decrease the chances of pimples. According to research done be American Academy of Dermatology, don’t scrub or rub because it can irritate the skin and open the pores of skin

Benzoyl Peroxide:

Applying benzoyl peroxide on your forehead can kill the bacteria which cause the pimples on forehead. The Higher formulation of this medication can be used if you saw a little improvement in four to six weeks.

Ice:

Ice is on the one most common tip of reducing the swelling, inflammation and redness of the pimples. Applying ice also helps in improving your body’s blood circulation to the areas which are affected. It also removes the dirt and oil. An Ice cube or crushed ice can be used for this purpose

Lemon:

Another quick and easy way to get rid of the pimples is using lemon. Lemon contains rich vitamin c which helps in drying the pimples very faster. But keep one thing in mind that don’t use bottled or stored lemon juice and always apply fresh lemon juice

Before going to bed, dip a cotton piece in the lemon juice and apply it to your pimples. You can also add cinnamon powder (one tea spoon) to the lemon juice and apply it to your pimple. Wash the skin with lukewarm water, but remedy is suitable for those people who are having a very sensitive skin

Toothpaste:

Toothpaste is used to clean the teeth but it can also be used to clean the pimples on forehead. You must avoid the gel toothpaste and always use white toothpaste. Before going to bed, apply the toothpaste (white) to the areas which are affected by pimples. In the morning, wash your skin with water and you will witness a great improvement in a few days. You can also repeat this process in day time even. Make sure that the toothpaste remains on the pimples for at least 30 minutes before washing.
